Celebrate Summer the French way!
Two Countries, Two Holidays, Two Weeks of French Culinary Delights

Special 2-week promotion at Maîtres Cuisiniers de France Restaurants around the US
July 4-18, 2009

See list of participating restaurants

France and America share many commonalities: a love of freedom, a love of festivities and of course, a love of food! This July, the following French restaurants helmed by Maîtres Cuisiniers de France will kick off a two-week celebration of French cooking to toast the American and French holidays of independence.

What is a Maîtres Cuisinier de France? An accredited chef whose mission it is to preserve and promote the French culinary arts, encourage training in cuisine and assist in professional development of aspiring young French chefs.

Starting on the Fourth of July and continuing through Bastille Day to July 18th, Maîtres Cuisiniers de France in the U.S. (participating restaurants below) will offer a $30 Chef ’s Selection with suggestions of Côtes du Rhône wines for your enjoyment. Plus, you’ll receive a free booklet, Celebrate Every Day the French Way, featuring delicious and easy Maîtres Cuisiniers de France recipes that you can make at home!

We hope you’ll take advantage of this opportunity to experience the best French cooking America has to offer and to celebrate summer the French way.

To find a perfect match to this delicious culinary experience, learn more about Côtes du Rhône wines at www.rhone-wines.com.
