The Ember Grille, located in the Westin Chicago River North, offers Jean-Pierre Henry contemporary cuisine in an intimate setting. The dinner menu offers appetizer choices like oven roasted tomato soup with mini cheddar sandwich, Maryland crab cake and rosemary scented shrimp. Entrees include a pan sautéed barramundi with walnut & browned butter, grilled lamb T-bone with charred onion vinaigrette, and herb marinated chicken with wild mushrooms and sweet potato hay. All entrees are meticulously prepared with the fresh seasonal ingredients.
