The French Culinary Institute, located in the heart of New York City culinary scene was founded in 1984. The Cooking School was founded on the principle of total immersion training. In addition to the FCI’s career programs for training Culinary and Pastry Cooks, it offers a unique course in Artisanal Bread baking.
