His second restaurant, ZINC, is no less than a replica of a "le Marais" style bar and restaurant. Le Marais is the oldest section of Paris, known as an artist's preferred locale. Desaintmartin bought a 1919 zinc bar from a Parisian bar, refinished it, and shipped it to this quaint 40-seat bar & restaurant.
