Biography

Owner and Maîtres Cuisinier de France (France Master Chef), Claude Godard, third generation of chefs, is continuing and keeping a generation’s long tradition of Bourguignon style of cooking.

The cuisine is inspired by classic recipes of Gaston Godard and brought to you with a modern twist coming from the long training that Claude Godard acquired along great Chefs like his father, Alain Dutournier, Jean-Pierre Vigato, Restaurant Lasserre and many others.
