Éric Branger

After starting as an apprentice at age 15, Branger worked his way through five-star hotels and restaurants in Normandy, the French Riviera and the Vendee region of France before heading to San Francisco. There he was chef-owner of L’Art Brasserie Francaise from 1992-1994 and prior to that, chef of the critically acclaimed La Vendee restaurant for five years.
