Biography

Master Chef of France, Chef Gerard Gasparini did his apprenticeship at l’Auberge de Condé (lá Ferté sous Jouarre) with Mr Emile Tingaud, President of the MCF

Culinary History/Experience:

He went on to Le Plaza Athenée in Paris where he became Chef de Nuit at the age of 20.
