Born in Loire Valley in a winery family, Pascal Petiteau has been working in kitchens since he was 15 years old. He started with an apprenticeship in a two stars Michelin restaurant named “Joseph Delphin” for two years.

He also worked with other talented Chefs in France such as Jacques Chibois in Cannes, Manuel Martinez at “La Tour D’Argent” and Christian Constant at “Le Crillon” in Paris. In 1993, he moved to the big apple to learn English where he got his first executive chef position at Jubilee and stayed there for 14 years.

In 2009, he opened his own restaurant “Bistro Vendome” with his wife.

Pascal Petiteau is a member of “Maîtres Cuisiniers de France” since 2014 and also recently joined the “Académie Culinaire de France”.
