The Maîtres Cuisiniers de France will be meeting at the Montage Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for the 56th General Assembly. They will be joined by the Académie Culinaire de France for the 38e Dîner de l’Amitié (Friendship Dinner).
During this yearly event, the Master Chefs of France will discuss ways in which they will achieve their mission: to preserve, advance and perpetuate the tradition of great French cuisine.
