Born in Paris, Chef Arnaud Masset’s culinary journey began in the heart of his French heritage. He received his classical training at Ferrandi Paris, where he developed a profound appreciation for the art of cooking and a passion for crafting exceptional fine dining experiences.
At the age of 19, Chef Arnaud ventured to the United States, which would eventually become his culinary home. Before joining the team at Hilton Anatole, his career took him from the vibrant kitchens of Las Vegas to the tropical flavors of Hawaii, and ultimately to Dallas, Texas.
Along the way, he has built and nurtured a team dedicated to excellence, innovation, and the creation of unique culinary experiences.
