As Executive Chef and Co-owner of Le Mistral Restaurant, I brought French and French-fusion cuisine to the Energy Corridor in Houston for nearly two decades. I am currently involved in new projects including Bistro555 and Cocody.
I grew up in the restaurant business in the south of France. My grandmother, Meme, who I was very fond of, owned two restaurants in the city of La Seyne-sur-Mer, in the south of France. Food has always been a source of love for me. Food is connected to the earth, hard work, and connection to people. I love creating something for others will enjoy and I love sharing my French culture with others.
