Kevin Dirson grew up in the passion and family business. He continued with renowned chefs such as Éric Frechon at the Epicure restaurant, Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée, or the Tour d’Argent as junior sous chef. He is now the executive chef of the restaurant “Artisan” nominated Best Restaurant in the Caribbean by National Geographic.
