Temecula Valley Cooking Class with Bernard Guillas

Master Chef Bernard Guillas  will be hosting a culinary class at E.A.T. (Extraordinary Artisan Table) where he willteach how to make summer tomato & wild shrimp gazpacho, and talk about the importance of the choice of ingredients. Participants will get to enjoy the dish and have Chef Guillas sign a copy of his latest cookbook, “Flying Pans”.
