On September 29 & 30,Members of Les Maitres Cuisiniers de France and l’Academie Culinaire de France, will represent the French culinary tradition at “Le Taste of France” in New York City. Our members will be there to to present authentic dishes from France’s six regions paired with signature desserts and drinks.
The event will take place at Hudson River Park’s Pier 54 on West Street and 13th Street, in New York City. The event will feature:

30 dishes and more than 10,000 tasting portions sold from 6 French region
All French specialities (divided by 6 regions: North, North East, North West, Central, South East and South West)
