The Master Chefs of France to Participate in Le Taste of France

We are proud to announce the participation of MaÎtres Cuisiniers de France in the 2nd annual Le Taste of France to be held in Bryant Park on September 28 & 29.

The event has been planned by the New York French community in partnership with various French Organization, and it aims to illustrate what France has to offer in music, tourism art, and of course, cuisine. This year we are expecting over 100,000 visitors.

“Taste of France will highlight the excellence of French industry, tourism, cuisine and culture, and introduce the American public to some of our finest exports,” said Francois Delattre, French ambassador to the United States.

The French Minister of Foreign Affairs, Laurent Fabius,  will officially inaugurate on the evening of Sept. 27, and the festivities will take place the following day.

Things to do at Le Taste of France:

  • Experience the engines of Boeing and Airbus planes
  • Learn how French lavander is distilled into perfume.
  • Watch an interactive 3D film about the construction of Paris.
  • Learn French.
  • Take ballet lessons.
  • Learn about wine.
  • Listen to live music.

And last, but not least, delight in specially prepared dishes from 50 master chefs of the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France.
