Originally from Paris, Baptiste Peupion cumulates a vast international culinary experience. Since 2010, he has held the position of Chef de Cuisine at the Shangri-La Hotel in Paris. His international career has led him to travel to several countries including the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, and France, where he has held numerous positions including Apprentice Chef, Chef de partie, demi Chef de partie, first Cook, Sous-Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Executive Chef.

Baptiste worked many years for renowned Chef Alain Ducasse, becoming the youngest Chef to head one of his restaurants (Rech, Paris in 2007 and 2008). He has worked in several famous Michelin-starred restaurants including Louis XV at Hotel de Paris, Monaco (3 stars), and Hotel de Crillon in Paris (2 stars). He also ranked second in the Best Apprentice Chef competition in France.
